"Colors were true to the photos"
I ordered two tops from ellos, and the colors looked really close to what I saw online. The green one was maybe a little softer in person, but it still looked nice, so I wasn’t bothered by it.
I’ve had stuff show up before looking totally different, so this was a nice little surprise. It made putting outfits together easier, and I’d probably order from them again...

I do actually like a lot of the clothes on ellos.us, but it gets frustrating because so many sizes and colors are always sold out and I’ll find something I really want, click on it, get my hopes up, and then my size is gone again. The site itself is fine to use, but shopping there kind of feels like browsing a bunch of things you can’t actually buy, so I really hope they start restocking more often
"Tracking was poor"
My order did eventually show up, but the tracking was useless. It stayed on the same update for days, and then out of nowhere it suddenly changed to “out for delivery,” so I had no real idea what was going on.
I contacted support and they basically said something like, “the courier may not update scans right away, please keep checking,” which wasn’t super helpful. The clothes themselves were fine, but the shipping updates made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

I wasn’t really expecting much, but placing my order was actually easy. The checkout page loaded quickly, my payment went through without any drama, and the confirmation email showed up right away. it was smoother than I thought it would be, nothing confusing or annoying, which was a nice surprise.

I placed my order on ellos.us and the confirmation email came through quickly, which was nice. It had the order number and the details laid out clearly, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering if the order actually worked.
At first I was like, alright, that was simple enough. Then I started thinking, wait, why can’t every site do it this smoothly? Anyway, nothing overly fancy, just easy to read and reassuring. So far, I’m happy with the communication...

They did get back to me and helped sort things out, but it took a couple days to hear from them. Not terrible, just wish it had been a little quicker :)

Some of the tops fit me well, but the pants were bigger than I expected and I ended up having to return one pair. I was hoping for clearer sizing instructions or guidance before ordering, because the fit wasn’t as consistent as I thought it would be...

"It’s fine, just not quite what I expected"
I got a top from ellos.us and it’s okay overall. The fabric is soft enough, but it feels a little thin to me. There’s just something about it that doesn’t feel as nice as I expected for the price. Not bad, but I probably wouldn’t call it amazing either.

"Pretty happy with these tops"
I grabbed a couple of tops from ellos the quality surprised me a bit. Like, I was expecting them to be okay, but the fabric actually feels nice and not that super thin material that gets weird after one wash. Speaking of washing, I already washed one and the stitching still looks good, so that’s a win. One of the shirts did run a little bigger than I thought it would, which was kind of annoying, but not enough that I won’t wear it. Fit could be better, so I’m knocking off a star, but overall I’m happy with what I got.

My order did arrive, but the packaging was disappointing. The box was a bit crushed, and the items inside were just kind of loose with barely any padding. Nothing was completely damaged, thankfully, but it still made the whole thing feel a little careless. I’ll admit I’m a bit picky about packaging, especially when I’m paying a decent price, but I really expected better. Hopefully they improve this going forward.

"Refund was slow"
I ordered from Ellos and ended up returning it. I got my refund eventually, but it took longer than I thought it would. Had to keep checking my email and bank, which was annoying. It worked out, just slower than I’d like.

"Return policy could be clearer"
I liked a few of the items I ordered, but the return info on ellos.us was more confusing than I expected. I had to click around a bunch just to figure out what could be returned and how much time I had. Not saying it’s a scam, but it would feel a lot better if that stuff was clearly explained before you place an order. Overall not a terrible experience, just kind of annoying.
"Shipping Cost Felt Way Too High"
I was ready to place my order, but the shipping cost felt way too expensive. I get that shipping isn’t free, but this was frustrating enough that I had to slow down and basically force myself to be patient instead of just giving up on the purchase.

"Charge went through way before the confirmation"
My card was charged right away, but the order confirmation took a long time to show up. I get that processing can take a bit, but if the payment goes through instantly, the confirmation really should come through quickly too. It was a little frustrating just waiting and wondering if the order actually went through
